Michael D. Black
Chief Executive Officer
Michael “Mike” Black is Dent Wizard’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He leads the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic objectives and growth initiatives. Mike is a highly engaged leader who works closely with the organization’s senior leadership team and promotes a high-touch approach and a multi-pronged communication strategy with employees and clients. He passionately leads all business areas, starting his career at Dent Wizard as a District Manager in 2013. Mike has held several leadership positions since then, including President, Chief Operating Officer, Sr. Vice President of Operations, Regional Vice President, and Managing Director.
As the 2020 recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year® Award from Heartland, Mike is adamant about maintaining a serving mindset and focuses tremendous effort on ensuring the company’s core values guide all employees and business partners. Before Dent Wizard, Mike owned and operated two service-oriented businesses. He also worked for PepsiCo in business development and regional sales/operations for eight years and is a director on the Board of Business Executives. Mike is a graduate of Antioch University in Ohio. He currently resides in the Florida and is actively involved in the lives of his two sons, Ty and Troy, and his two grandchildren.
Bryan Wynn
President
Bryan Wynn serves as Dent Wizard’s President, reporting directly to CEO Mike Black. As President, Bryan leads Dent Wizard’s Finance, Growth & Development, Operations Planning & Engineering, People, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams. As part of Dent Wizard’s senior leadership team, he works closely with company executives to advance strategic initiatives.
Before joining Dent Wizard, Bryan spent 12 years at Bain Capital, most recently serving as an executive vice president. For three years, he supported Bain’s investment in Dealer Tire LLC, Dent Wizard’s parent company. Working with Dealer Tire, Bryan held numerous leadership roles focused on the firm’s industrial and services investments, leading the transformation at Simple Tire and working on the diligence and acquisition of Dent Wizard. He also served an influential role in the development of Dent Wizard’s blueprint strategy.
Bryan resides in Massachusetts with his wife Katherine and their three young children, Caroline, Samuel, and Teddy.
Andy Trommer
Chief Technology Officer
Andy Trommer joined Dent Wizard’s executive team in 2023 as Chief Technology Officer, and reports to CEO Mike Black. Andy leads the company’s technology strategy and all aspects of service delivery. With a broad technology background across industries, he focuses on enhancing both employee and customer experiences through innovative products.
Before joining Dent Wizard, Andy served as Head of Technology at ATW. He launched new B2B and B2C channels, led infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation.
Andy earned an MBA from the UT McCombs School of Business and a BS from the University of North Texas. He lives in the Seattle area with his wife and stays active by chasing after his two children.
Michael Fedorowich
Chief Revenue Officer
Michael Fedorowich serves as Dent Wizard’s Chief Revenue Officer. He reports to CEO Mike Black and is responsible for developing and cultivating new and expanding accounts through the leadership of our Sales Team. Having joined Dent Wizard as a franchisee owner in 1992, Michael has spent the last 31 years cultivating a market rich in opportunity and actionable successes, and his steadfast tenacity and leadership have provided his team with some of the most recognized and profitable advancements in Dent Wizard’s history. In his previous roles as Sr. Vice President and Regional Vice President, Michael maintained the financial, operational, structural, and executive decision-making responsibilities within his markets and later for his regions.
Michael resides in Florida with his wife, Janet.
Beth Gibson
Vice President, People Strategy and Culture
Beth Gibson serves as Dent Wizard’s Vice President, People Strategy and Culture. Beth has responsibilities across all areas of Human Resources including Recruiting, Training, Employee Relations and the HR Business Partner Team. Before joining Dent Wizard’s Executive Leadership Team, Beth spent 17 years at Dealer Tire leading their People Department. In 2014, Beth received her Master’s in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University. This degree has provided the foundational context for not only many initiatives she has led but most importantly the first Wizard Summit held in 2024.
Beth resides in Cleveland with her husband and two children, Robert and Layla.
Tamara L. Conner
Senior Vice President
Tamara “Tammy” Conner serves as Dent Wizard’s Senior Vice President of Transformation, working with our CFO to coordinate all aspects of finance, accounting, and information technology. Beginning her career at Dent Wizard in 1995, Tammy has held many leadership roles, including International Regional Controller, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Vice President of Accounting and Finance, and most recently, as Dent Wizard’s first Chief Information and Accounting Officer. During her time as CIAO, Tammy was integral in cultivating Dent Wizard’s cohesive and stabilized finance and technology landscape.
Tammy is a graduate of McKendry University in Lebanon, Illinois, and is an active member of the Columbia, IL, area where she resides with her family, including her sons Kyle and Dylan.
