Certified and Ding Free

Dent Wizard’s Certified & Ding Free program helps keep pre-owned vehicles ding and dent free until sold.

A Dent Wizard representative conducts an inventory inspection. Vehicles with dings or dents are repaired. Once certified, Dent Wizard guarantees that all eligible vehicles on the dealer’s lot will remain free of dings and dents until sold.


How It Works:

Dent Wizard’s Certified & Ding Free program provides the dealer with a Ding-Free card for each customer purchasing a covered new or pre-owned vehicle. If a ding* occurs within the first 90 days of ownership, the customer simply brings the vehicle back to the dealership’s service department for a free covered. The vehicle is also covered by the Ding Free program and is eligible for a 10% discount on PDR for 12 months following the sale.

• Vehicles which are free of dings and dents sell faster and for more money. Added value increases CSI.
• Ding Free is an excellent way to bring customers back to the dealership, increasing retention and creating opportunities to up-sell other services.
